We are Polly & Fede and with our Pizzeria Minante we want to bring our dream of Neapolitan pizza closer to the world. We are traditionally Neapolitan, but always with a touch of open-mindedness, creativity and the desire to create something completely new. Our classics meet unusual creations from all over the world. High-quality, homemade, organic ingredients are just as important to us as your smile after the first bite of pizza.

Enjoy our delicious pizzas in vegan and/or gluten-free versions (Keep in mind that it is suitable for intolerant people, unfortunately the contamination cannot be eliminated 100%. The pizza is cooked in the same oven as pizza WITH gluten, albeit on a tray, so it doesn't touch the oven).
Reservations
Dein Tisch wird für 1,5h reserviert. Bei nicht Erscheinen wird eine Stornogebühr von 20€ pro Person verrechnet.
